color of 2016: number 13-1520, Rose Quartz!
This print is designed for fabrics that are 42 - 52 inches wide. There is also a wide double border (http://www.spoonflower.com/designs/5219900-watercolor-poppy-double-border-wide-fabric-by-chainmaille_princess) for fabrics 54" or wider, and a single border (http://www.spoonflower.com/designs/5219873-watercolor-poppy-single-border-by-chainmaille_princess). This design has one border along each edge, with about 2 inches of background space in the center For ease of hemming, 1" of background is also included between the selvage and the poppy stems on each side. The background is barely off-white with random slashes and speckles of green and yellow. PLEASE NOTE: border of this version is slightly smaller than my other poppy fabrics; the poppies measure about 3". I recommend this version for skirts, dresses, blouses, scarves, and anything that needs a lot of the poppy border, on any of the narrower fabrics. I am also planning to offer a coordinating background fabric soon!
