This design is a very large repeat of random flecks (greater than a single pixel size) in 3 unequal colours for a mottled or speckled non-directional background effect. This is an alternative to having a solid colour fill - and one which is potentially more interesting and more forgiving of print or fabric flaws. Currently displaying a version in a subset of Spoonflower's A Midsummer Night's Dream contest palette.
