Thanks for sharing, Eileen! The bag looks great! And what a cool idea to use a pant leg for a yoga mat bag.
I make yoga bags from this great fabric, combined with old pant legs so they are unique and include outside pockets. Have sold about 4 of them to date on my Etsy shop.
(please don't compete!) :)

Just found this again and still love it!

Love it - brings a whole new meaning to 'downward dog'!
For some reason, the swatch photo isn't linked anymore, so here it is again.
Please note: I reduced the overall size of the pattern after seeing the swatch. The dogs are now about three inches long (instead of 5 inches long, like they are in the swatch photo).

Here's another shot of Teresa's bag. Awesome!
Spoonflower user hillyfilly (Teresa) sent me a link to her blog where she shows photos of a stunning dog-themed bag she made for her daughter-in-law — using Annie Nanners (among others).
What a lovely tribute to Annie. I really like the color palette.

thanks for all the nice comments and "favorites" eveyone! I've been away from Spoonflower for a few months, and am still catching up on everything! I will be ordering some swatches soon, hopefully this will be up for sale without needing too much color fiddling. :)

Enid, I really like the idea of making something for dogs with this!
Like your Design. And it works great as a pattern.
I totally agree, great repeat and the doggy energy is palpable! What a sweet tribute.
I really like this one. Great palette and repeat, and the motifs have a wonderful sense of motion. It would make a lovely carrying case for a yoga mat, or a pillow (for the dog, of course!)
This is so cute and so reminds me of all of my dogs.
thank you Jane, Samarra, Rhonda, Victoria!
