designing this collection for the contest.
Using the limited palette of colors for the Spring Cheater Quilt contest, I designed a collection that I would really like. I am always drawn to quilts that have some light color in the background. It seems like you get to enjoy the layout and patterns in the fabric that way. It also reminds me of a beautiful spring day. Laundry freshly done, beds made. You can stand back and enjoy the beauty you have created using this fabric for your quilt. Maybe even a tablecloth or apron. Perfect for the farmhouse or cottage look. I feel it brings to mind a vintage feel. Thanks so much for taking the time to look at my work!
