sef

sef says: Well it doesn't have any diagonal lines crossing the dangerous boundaries - just verticals, horizontals and effectively reflected diagonals. So it's immune to crushing damage in that respect. But *I* can see that some of the interior floral pattern elements are not the shape they ought to be.

cerigwen

cerigwen says: Its showing up very very crisply in the view I can see. I was impressed and thought you'd done some behind-the-scenes magic on it. :) Looks great.

sef

sef says: I didn't! Rather, it's so blurry and squashed that it's gone right out the other side of visibility.

cerigwen

cerigwen says: Your preview isn't blurry at all. How did you manage that?

sef

sef says: It's probably the scaling. As has been noted on multiple occasions, there's no good way to view a genuinely small scale (eg ditsy) pattern on Spoonflower. 5 inch decal view is the closest you're going to get.

cerigwen says: Lovely! Makes my eyes go funny, but in a good way!

sef

sef says: There was certainly a lot of planning before I had the opportunity to put it together. But much of the work was actually in previous rounds of coding that I'd done. So the final assembly went quite smoothly.
