Poor Louise! When the chickens opened The Painted Egg, she thought she could come too, but the hens said it was "just for us chickens."

My entry in the Spoonflower Painted Egg contest. Purchasing a swatch of a design in your desired Spoonflower fabric or wallpaper is recommended so that you can get an idea of the color and feel of the actual design printed on fabric and/or wallpaper. If you would like this fabric design resized at a smaller or larger scale, please send me a message through Spoonflower or add a message on the comments portion of this fabric design page. Thank you. wallpaper - 200 dpi - half brick repeat fabric - 150 dpi - half brick repeat decal (medium) - 160 dpi - basic repeat gift wrap - half drop repeat - 183 dpi

su_g says: What fun!! Except for poor Louise of course... the look on her face is just priceless! It reminds me of those funny postcards you can sometimes find... of which my favorite was "Darth Vader trims the hedge" - and there he was with his laser-beam power stick or whatever you call it... in the suburban wilds...

rhondadesigns says: Poor Louise! Her egg-citement about Karaoke night was baadly misplaced! This would be a fabulous fun novelty print to use in patchwork and quilting projects. I can see it being featured on items ranging from aprons and T-shirts, to tote bags and quilts! I love your quirky style in this collection of designs, Deborah!
