A Victorian etching, taken from the publication, "Standard American Perfection Poultry Book," which was published by M.A. Donohue & Co. of Chicago. Though the book's copyright is 1903, most of the text refers to the 1860's-1880's, and the signatures to the etchings (in this case Fancier's Gazette) suggest they were drawn earlier than the book.
