I haven't decided if I like this muted and musky shade of brown or hate it. Combined with a pale pink, it is the exact colors of my bathroom from a house we had built when I was eight years old. And I hated that bathroom. First off I didn't want any girlie girl pink in my world, so my mother ordered the two sinks, toilet, and tub in that color. Second, there was this ghastly ugly shower curtain in pink and this shade of brown, made from fabric she had gotten on a leftovers sale at the Woolworths department store. It had pepper mills and picture frames, or something like that on it. And it was just plain ugly. But I don't think these art nouveau twisting stems or flowering paisley cornucopias, hexagon boxes, and background pseudo batik lace patterns are ugly, though they are way, way big size. So maybe I sort of like this ultra pale pink and how it goes with the musky brown. And it is just the memories of having pink inflicted on me for the sin of being a girl, and that ugly shower curtain fabric, that makes me think of that ugly bathroom when I saw the proof of this design. (file w150x2, #5102117) The boring fine print (that is actually the same size as all the other print): The size (scale) you see displayed in all Spoonflower offerings is actually only a suggestion. In my case it is the size I personally wanted for my eight inch proof of the design. Because this is custom printing designs can be made in any (technically possible and reasonable looking) size. You can even order the same design in two sizes, such as a yard of big and a yard of small, to use together. This does take communication and co-ordination with the artist. But do not think that the scale you see on the screen is the only way the design comes. If you need tiny and the design is big, or the reverse, you can buy a design you like that way.
