spills or discard from making a mirror glaze for a cake
A "Mirror glaze is made from sweetened condensed milk, a little chocolate, water and gelatin". Food coloring was added for a "galaxy"-inspired mirror glaze. Unlike frosting a cake with a knife, you pour a mirror glaze over a cake with the cake on a grate and a tray below catches the excess. This print is designed from a photo from the spills or discard in the tray below the cake. The result was this awesome psychedelic print. The background is black with pops of green and blue as well as pink and purple. It would look great as a throw pillows or upholstery for an accent chair or dining chairs with small seats. Other interior design opportunities are as wallpaper in a small bathroom or as an accent wall. In terms of clothing, it would look good as a skirt or dress. The designer is planning on making a skirt from it herself. :) For more information on the process of creating and designing the print, check out this post: https://www.wearegoodatthis.com/post/turning-food-into-textiles-cloth-art-is-everywhere See the link below for more information on mirror glazes. https://sugargeekshow.com/recipe/mirror-cake-glaze-recipe/
