For the "Greek Art" design challenge, the first thing that came to my mind was a scene from "The Music Man" where the local ladies dance troupe is doing a series of tableaus of Grecian urns. (I am a musical theater geek.) I went to the Met Museum collection online and looked at images of pottery vessels and used those as inspiration for the shapes of these "urns". I added layers of texture from handpainted paper and safety paper (the black and white patterns from the inside of bank statement envelopes.)
