I made this experimental watercolor during a holiday in the beautiful Belgian Ardennes. I used masking fluid for the white parts. When the paint was still wet, I sprinkled salt on the painting, resulting in the 'snowflakes'. I made this design for the Spoonflower contest Abstract Watercolor, May 2017.
