Ingredients: 2-3 cup of self rising flour 2 tablespoon of crisco shorten 1-16 oz can of sweet potatoes OR use Bake 6 -8 raw sweet potatoes until done 3 cups of sugar Instructions: Mix flour, sugar shorten together bland in smashed sweet potatoes into dry mixture. Add sweet juice little at a time, mixture need to be moist not juicy if needed you can a little milk. Divide dough into equal parts, one at a time roll into the flour counter and kneel dough cut out with biscuit cutter or you and pinch them off (your chose). Repeat for the rest of the dough.Lay in a hot iron skittle and place into a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until done. The cooked or uncooked biscuits can be frozen up to 6 months. Just put uncooked dough in a Foil pan and cover with tin foil until ready to cook them. Bake at 350"
