fruits for summer time, large scale.
This design won the stone fruit challenge. He was selected by the pastry chef Lauren Ko of @Lokokitchen to become a model for a new pie of her creation. I really designed it to become a pastry chef's material. By asking myself what shape would be interesting but also feasible, and what color would be easy to reproduce in a pie. For me, food is a way of integrating a part of nature into oneself. That it is organic and produced locally is obvious. And there's probably nothing more important than being creative each day. Making a pretty pie is a great start! I will add that a pinch of humor and self-mockery is a necessary asset, I always try to infuse it into my work. That's why I wanted to give a bit of pop art to this design. This pattern comes from there, from my areas of interest. I hope you will find something to make your creations, this model is available in three sizes (S, M, L) and two colors (blue background and black licorice background).
