I have been designing some cheater quilts with knotwork using the Hawaiian method and than saw the "Hawaiian Cheater Quilt" competition, so decided to add a more traditional element, weaving the flower stems into the knotwork for my entry. I adjusted the image which was square to fill the full 42 x 36 yardage (don't like waste) As a color reference the background blue is 7abdea (its on the spoonflower color chart)
