the utility and success of taking baby steps.
I have found that often in my life I can become overwhelmed. It stops me in my tracks and brings on all sorts of negative and defeatist thoughts. If left unchecked, things usually get worse. So I find it best to admit that I am overwhelmed - honor that my circumstances are messy and then move forward using baby steps. This involves looking at what you’re facing and breaking it down into tiny pieces. Then only focus on the most important or immediate baby step. Take a deep breath, work on accomplishing that one baby step. And only then think of the next baby step. If I continue this process, I find I can make real progress in getting myself away or out of what is overwhelming me. This banner is remind me of this method of overcoming difficult times.
