Would make gorgeous home decor projects and clothes.
I converted a small woodcut from the early 1500s into a busy, color-optimized repeat of a medieval town and castle. It prints up stunning, with the illusion of transparencies and exquisite detail in the line drawings. In beige with beautifully cool tans and browns. This fine-art based design would make exquisite curtains and upholstery...but imagine this as a dress or shirting...and the wallpaper is unbelievable. I have also done another version on a smaller scale with a simple repeat and without the transparencies. That is located here: http://www.spoonflower.com/fabric/2028319
