don't like war type games. However...
This design reminds me of the one game of Whacky Warriors, paintball I played. Normally a pacifist I don't like war type games. However, One year The bar I tended bar at was invited to "Bar Wars", an industry game of battle to see which bar was numero uno. This wasn't just any bar I worked at but the whackiest wonderful conglomeration of the arts and an equally colorful conglomeration of people, both employees and patrons. We took the challenge, although not one of us had ever played. We showed up in our usual over the top crazy costumes with sparkle and bright colors to arrive in a sea of camouflage. We all had to rent the guns that these serious players owned. lol We laughed and were loud and played the game with joy in our hearts. All the while the other teams were laughing at us. Much to everyone's surprise, including ourselves, we ended up taking home the second place trophy. And it was a big one, about two foot tall. It still sits on top of the bar at The Venice Cafe. We dressed up the little gold gun wielding guy at the top in a fun costume though. lol We about fell out when they announce our win. We just looked at each other in amazement. Now that story has nothing much to do with the fabric but as my hands and mind begin to falter I feel a desire to share the things that have made my life sparkle. I hope you'll indulge my indulgences.
