ceanirminger says: Wow! This has got such an awesome optical illusion going on. The herringbone is swimming all around when I look at it. I think you and Samarra have taken the same object and made completely different, equally stunning patterns. Bravo!

victori...

victorialasher says: This is a great design, It would make a wonderful skirt. I agree that it would also be a good fabric for men or boys. Make sure you add tags for that, if you haven't already; there are people looking for masculine fabrics.

sammyk

sammyk says: Hahaha. I know, I know. Nobody here has that reference so I just look like I like poo patterned fabric. Which is pretty hilarious in and of itself. :)

babysis...

babysisterrae says: hahaha, samarra, that comment was purely based on your delicious kawaii find ;) thank you for your very kind compliments. thank you inscribed_here, kdl, kelly, jillian, jo, and mona. you all are very kind and sweet. i love when people see shirts, cushions, and other coverings...that alone gives me a sense of accomplishment. jo, yeah, you are so right, i should upload it to a bigger size, but i'm too chicken to manipulate the helicopters beyond their lifesize selves. i took the easier path and included a 'zoom...' in the title. i hope that helps a bit. thank you, again, ladies. very kind indeed.

uzumakijo

uzumakijo says: i really love this one rachel, and agree with kelly and samarra that it is really strong and bold and clean and fresh, clearly helicopters are made to be put in cool patterns!! .....have you entered it this size? just wondering as i think maybe you could enter it at the size the swatch view is showing to be seen more clearly in the contest, then reduce it back to this size for sale. just a thought...looks amazing in any size tho!

weaving...

weavingmajor says: I like this a lot... for different reasons than SammyK's. I agree with her assessment of 'strong and masculine' - it's woodsy, clean, fresh and I love the pattern. As well as a nifty shirt, it would make neat deck chair cushions... or a small clutch or zippered bag.

kdl

kdl says: This does make a great herringbone!

inscrib...

inscribed_here says: This is a very effective pattern. I'm sure it will make a fantastic small print.

sammyk

sammyk says: Poo!?!?! How dare you! :P Oh the humanity. I was contemplating cigarette butts and dirty diapers as those are everywhere in the terrain I live in, but I've always loved these little helicopter sammies.....yours is wonderfully strong and masculine. I think it would make a great men's dress shirt!
