weaving...

weavingmajor says: thank you Patricia and Victoria! This inverted variation is my favorite too Victoria - for the same reasons you said - that it looks like a quiet night.
Ooh, I had fun trying it in orange tones - thanks for the idea, Patricia! I never would have thought of it because I wanted the waves to look blue, but I kind of like the effect of the orange, it's very different! (I did try it with the inverted one with dark grey stars and moons, but that looked eerily Halloweeney...!)

victorialasher says: I love the colors of this, it's very peaceful. It makes me think of boats anchored in a safe harbor for the night.

pd_frasure

pd_frasure says: It interests me how it invokes happiness. To me, smiling eyes and smiling mouths. The rolling waves are so vigorous, like gears. I must see the yard view! Now I am curious--what did it look like in orange tones? It seems so naturally aqueous?

weavingmajor says: thanks Andrew! It was a lot of fun to draw it out - something about working with pencil and paper is so satisfying!
