Description:

A tea towel calendar based on the zodiac? Yes! A follow-up to my Stitch the Stars Calendar Kit. http://bit.ly/Tgoq1p

I designed this tea towel with a .375" seam allowance. Use as a tea towel or make into a wall hanging. (I turned this design to the right so that when you buy cotton twill fat quarter, you get an extra little bit of fabric to make a wall hanging casing.) A follow-up to my Stitch the Stars Calendar Kit. http://bit.ly/Tgoq1p Tutorial on Pinterest. http://www.pinterest.com/pin/262756959483126994/

heatherlinshome says: Thanks guys. The embroidery does add a neat element. The tea towel looks cool across the room. Then, when you get close, there's the neat textural element of the embroidery. The glow-in-the-dark floss is totally unexpected!

heatherlinshome says: I used french knots, outline stitch and some glow-in-the-dark embroidery floss to create this constellation-based calendar for star gazers.
