for the colloquially called, "Whistler's Mother."
From Whistler's lesser-known mid-nineteenth century etching, Limehouse, comes this beautiful maritime image. I brightened it and fiddled with repeats until I got something satisfying. Interesting effects for geometric projects, or anything draped on the bias. As a wallpaper, it's warm and not-too-overstated and manages to take the room outside so you can practically feel the sea breeze.
