sef

sef says: As a tessellation, this one's actually rather trivial (though you do have to fold your paper boat just right!). It's the decoration which makes it more interesting.

motyka says: sef, you are a tessellating master! Your entry is fresh and vibrant, I love the eyes!

su_g

su_g says: The white sails of the boats really 'pop' when you look at this as yardage, a dramatic and graphic design! Interesting to see the differences in the "color picker" results too - even in this restricted palette - with the dark teal coming out as a gray in SF's picker... (don't tell me the average of dark teal and pale blue is gray?)

sef

sef says: I thought it was a very good palette for the theme and was expecting to see lots of entries eventually - probably mostly using the blues more, though.

whimzwhirled says: This is a great design Sef. I was troubled with inspiration on this challenge. The color combo wasn't connecting. You did an awesome job but I'm really looking forward to your geek entry.
