No snakes were harmed in the making of this fabric. In fact this snake skin fabric wasn't even made from snakes but from tire tracks. They just look snakey to me. That looks like a rattler. As far as I know (the poison snakes I have personally met) in Missouri we have Rattlers, copperheads and water moccasins. All three I have had close encounters with. Did you know that if you are out in nature and you start to smell a strong smell of pumpkin that you are very close to a copperhead? This is true. I have heard most healthy people can survive a rattler or a copperhead bite but if a water moccasin gets you you can kiss you ass good bye. I actually had one swim by me in a river and brush my legs. It was a big one too. I'd say about 6 foot. Big for me to have swim next to me but I have seen much bigger. I have also had the pleasure of a rattler rare up and hiss at me while picking black berries in the woods. I slowly backed up and took my berries to grandma and she made cobbler. yum. Also when my daughter was young we were at the river and she flipped a big rock that had two baby copperheads under it. Did you know that the babies are more deadly than the adults? True again. They have to learn to deliver their venom in small doses. When they are babies they have no control and all their venom comes out in one bite. Now that I have totally freaked you all out, please buy my fabric. lol It's tire tracks.
