While hiking in the remote Highlands of Scotland last Summer I was caught in a sudden downpour, I spied an out cropping of rock and ducked under it to wait out the passing storm. Unbeknownst to me I had happened upon a cave - the "side door" if you will of, a rare (thought to me mythical) Caledonian Dragon. The encounter proved to be near fatal, I dropped my camera at the mouth of the cave as I ran to hide in the wet bracken. After a time, I fearfully retrieved my camera. When I downloaded the images back at my lodging I discovered this picture of the dragon's hide. As the fell beast snorted his way back into his lair (after searching for and thankfully failing to find me in the rain) he must have bumped the camera and triggered the shutter. I suspect this puff of dragon's breath was taken as he 'nosed' at the camera in curiosity.
