This was designed as a Christmas fabric, but doesn't have to be. The colors and stars easily suggest Christmas at Christmastime, but not necessarily at another time of year. As a teenager I helped my mom choose wallpaper for the kitchen and dining room. We chose a paper with Christmas decorating in mind - a paper that didn't shout "Christmas" but that would enhance the Christmas mood when the tree and the holly garlands and poinsettias went up.
