A colorful doodle garden of wire roses, using a simple illustration I made of a wire rose that sits in a vase on my mantle. The backdrop flower splash was drawn in sharpie as well, then painted in gouache and edited into a solid color for the fabric design. My more detailed ideas did not seem to work for the hand drawn theme, less is more seemed to work better for this project, so these days, mostly I doodle...:D Copyright 2012 Kelly Loughlin. © All rights reserved.
