Coming in for a landing on one of my favorite flowers. A mix of techniques resulting in lacy small white butterflies, more graphic bold ones, and a cameo appearance by a dragonfly lifted straight from my watercolour block. I really struggled to not go floral, but somehow they just kept creeping in, so I gave into them, but hopefully with a modern sensibility. From my Fabric8 watercolour collection, Flight Patterns.
