A self-referential sampler of embroidery stitches (in symmetry group p2) - the letters of each word being composed of the type of stitch it names. Lots of embroidery stitches are related or have alternate names. Eg stem stitch (not included) is the same as back stitch and is also very similar to split stitch. Contents:
• blanket stitch = button-hole stitch (especially at high density)
• chain stitch = ladder stitch
• cross stitch
• (lazy) daisy stitch (clusters of rotated chain stitches)
• feather stitch (an open chain stitch)
• satin stitch
Other colours, stylings, sizes and orientations are available on request and you can even ask for
a combination of several designs together.
