Hi there! My daughter and I made a pillow case using this fabric last week, and it was only when I was taking pictures of that, that I realized I never got round to making pictures of the baby book, so I took those too. I posted them on these blog posts: pillow case: http://meynensoutenboom.blogspot.be/2016/02/a-pillow-case-for-marian-and-first-day.html , baby book: http://meynensoutenboom.blogspot.be/2016/02/uit-de-oude-doos-baby-boekje-voor-felix.html . Feel free to use some photos (they are not very good, I am not a photographer) to market this lovely design, if you wish. I now have two more panels to have fun with, yay!
I love this one but was wondering if the grey/orange could become grey/blue (not turquoise but a softer blue, like a periwinkle-blue). I'm new to this site so I'm not sure how I can make that change...
I bought this design, I think about one year ago. It was fun and easy to sew up. I made the pages a bit stiffer with fusible interfacing, did the top stitching as suggested and added a ribbon to the top of the spine, so we can tie the book to baby's cot. It's a lovely little thing. I bought a yard, so I can make three more books, but I'm thinking of using the little panels for something else, like a little quilt. Star, if you like, I can send you a picture of the finished product?
Hi! I am interested in purchasing the woodland friends quilt in the kona cotton. How many yards should I order so that I don't lose any of the design? It's really beautiful! Thank you
