I've been doing art work since I could hold a crayon. Most experience is in painting, photography and print making; particularly block prints. Recently added some fun designs based on colored pencil drawings.
Penny, I know exactly what you mean. You can adjust the size somewhat with the textures in PicMonkey but it's best to either make or find/photograph/upload a finer linen texture. I don't have Photoshop so don't know what can be done with textures there. I'm always looking for textures to add to my collection to use in layering or I make them in Paint. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Thanks, Cal. There are some others with texture but I put the texture on with PicMonkey, as usual, and the fabric came out with stripes of gradations of light over the texture. This happened twice. It looks kind of cool but was not my intention. Will post one up so you can see. I'm working on creating textures in Photoshop now. Holidays are slowing me down, though. Wishing you a very fun Thanksgiving!
Hey, Thank you, su_g! I think this design might need a re-do to begin with! I don't like the way it is spaced. I did not have photoshop when I put that up originally. I don't think I had a scanner, then, either. The wheel of techno-products turns slowly around here, but it does grind along.
