This is a 2 yard design. please print 2 yards of this fabric to get the fill 3 design repeat on Merida's dress.

Unfortunately Spoonflower uses digital toner printing rather then offset plates. Which mean they create their black with RGB files. I had a long discussion with them on this but the best they can do it charcoal black. Your can see another of my prints I'm wearing called Venu Shirt Pattern Neon in my gallery. If you open that pattern you can see me wearing the t-shirt wearing the pattern on Perfomance Knit. You might want to ask Spoonflower direct which fabric has the best/darkest black reproduction from their print setup.

Hi there!! I love this print, I bought the green one a while ago for my last Merida dress (I bought the fabric, hoped the green wouldn't be to far off AND IT MATCHED PERFECTLY! i'LL HAVE to send photos sometime, I LOVE LOVE it!) but now I want to try and do her black dress, and I was curious how dark the black on this was, and if it gets darker with thicker fabric. because I think I saw someone wearing it and it was a very light black and didn't match the rest of the dress, I really want dark as my soul black. Was curious of any advice or knowledge about this black version of it! <3 thank you

Hi, I was wondering if I could use this image in a drawing of Merida that I am working on? I will credit and link back so people know where to buy your material. :)

Depend on the fabric for the Dress: Cotton Silk, Poly Crepe de Chine (synthetic), and Silk Crepe de Chine (to match lighter fabrics) are may picks. Faux Suede could also work if you using Velveteen (Cotten Velvet) or Linen for the texture.
