This design incorporates elements from 3 of the photos - the curved, painted yellow line became white and repeated; a bit of the texture of the cement peeping through the blue paint crumbling from the wall became the background; and the shapes of some of the dribble on the brickwork appear colored in the bright yellow of the original painted curve. The design has also been overlaid with a custom yarn texture (a reference to the yarn-wrapped bicycle photo) that I drew by hand. It combines with the cement texture to give a nubby look and the vertical lines draw the eye up the meandering paths. The palette was inspired by the yellow painted lines and grayish surface of the asphalt. This design has adapted well to a variety of colorways.
