This design is standard 36-spoke bicycle wheels, with the usual triple-cross linkage but reduced to silhouette form. The template was constructed to scale (from my own bicycle) and then carefully oriented and positioned for p3m1 plane symmetry. Currently displaying a 2-layer version in shades of grey on a white background. Other colours, stylings, sizes and orientations are available on request and you can even ask for a custom mixture of designs.
