A fun and sweet way to count down the days until Christmas. Yard sized kit includes cookies, oven mitt, cookie sheet, and instructions. Cookies attach to the cookie sheet with hook and loop tape, and are kept in the oven mitt until their designated day. Cookie flavors include chocolate chip, peanut butter, chocolate with white chocolate chips, oatmeal scotchies, snickerdoodles, gingerbread, oatmeal raisin, and sugar. Sugar cookies are in shapes of the season, topped with fondant. Needed supplies: thread, batting, hook and loop tape (I made the squares for 1" wide tape, but 3/4" wide tape will work perfectly too), and fiberfill. Cardboard can be used to give the cookie sheet more stability (a heavy interfacing could also work). You could also hang the cookie sheet by sewing in a length of ribbon when sewing the cookie sheet together. The kit has a layout that prints an additional oven mitt on wider fabrics. The extra oven mitt can be made for kitchen use (and for baking cookies!).
