24 x mini tote bags. Numbered 1 to 24. To fill with little goodies and hang in your Christmas tree or alternatively to hide around the house. Each day your little ones can find the numbered tote bag, open to find the goodies, and then replace the bag on the tree with a Christmas bauble or decoration. Also corresponds with the hanging ornament decorations. Instructions below, if I had put them on the yard design the bags would have become too small... there had to be 24! Cut out all shapes. Overlock all 4 sides for the bags. Fold bag inside out and sew up both sides. Press open side seam at top and fold down the allowance for the top seam. Top stitch all the way around. Put side seam for one side over the bottom fold for the bag. Stitch across the corner, repeat for other corner. This will allow your bag to 'stand'. Turn bag right side out. Take a piece of fabric for the handle. Fold in and press allowance on either side. Fold in on itself, press and top stitch together. Attach the strap on one side of the bag, then stitching the other end to the other side of the bag as shown in project image. Repeat 24 times - phew! Well done!
