domesticate says: Hi, whimsyoh! Would be great for curtains! I suggest the kona cotton if you want something lightweight, or the linen cotton canvas for a heavier weight. The cotton sateen would be heavier as well, and slightly more formal with a subtle sheen. Spoonflower provides samples of each type of fabric they offer, and I think it's only a dollar with free shipping. You can find it under the "help" section, under "shopping", then "fabric sizes, cost".

trizzuto

trizzuto says: Yes! It's lovely for a lightweight, soft scarf with lots of body and movement. A little more casual than a cotton silk scarf so it's perfect for every day and very easy to sew with. Quick and easy project! I gave this particular scarf to my best friend for her birthday and she LOVES it.

domesticate says: It's lovely, trizzuto!! Thank you so much for sharing! I've been wanting this design as a scarf as well. This is the motivation I needed! I haven't worked with the voile yet. I'm assuming it's the best pick for a scarf?
