Sorry no instructions, if you have any questions just ask. Leave a generous seam allowance and notch any fabric where it curves. When you turn it inside out after sewing iron it flat (it will look so much better if you do). If you use stretchy fabric on the back add another layer of non stretchy fabric behind it so it doesn't get lumpy.
