Victorian and art nouveau influences blend into this cheater quilt pattern of twisting vines, petunias, cosmos, and buds. Each quilt block has four sides (or 8) but none of them are squares or rectangles. Instead they range from kite to hourglass to diamond shape, bordered by a pseudo batik bias tape style border. The look is light and feminine with a heaping helping of retro tradition mixed in with the modern angles and colors. (file E113rLeft-ch) Side note: For the purpose of the spring cheater quilt contest this is being displayed at a 7.02 by 5.46 repeat (meaning, since this is a mirror design, the real repeat is approximately 14 by 11). I kept that huge size in fabric but made the other mediums smaller. All sizes are customizable on request.
