About the Design

A ticking stripe in cream, on a brown background because ticking should really come in more colors!

Coordinates with the Coffee Break Collection!

Please check out the other coordinating prints of this Coffee Break Collection (http://www.spoonflower.com/collections/67490) and visit my blog for a detailed tutorial (http://www.jolenebalyeatdesigns.com/coffee-cup-cozy-tutorial/) to make gifts with fabric featured in this collection! Regarding the Color Palette: Deconstructed Moss Decor (http://kuler.adobe.com/DeconstructedMossDecor-color-theme-2844028/) is a color palette inspired by the centerpiece of my dining room table. I captured it using the Adobe Kuler App. The centerpiece comprised of balls of moss, grapevine, and other textural elements that I rushed to photograph before it was too late, as we recently added a puppy to the family who finds it impossible to resist these little "orbs of delight". The furry little stinker sneaks them off the table when I'm not looking and hides with them under the settee. She then proceeds to devour every particle of moss with a thoroughness that would surprise one with even the strictest work ethic. In other words, she ravishes them. At least I was able to capture the colors as a reminder of lonelier days when my décor stayed where I placed it.
