Description:

A tessellation of bird-hipped dinosaurs (raptors).

A tessellation of bird-hipped dinosaurs. This is the sub-group containing the raptors beloved of the film industry, eg Tyrannosaurus Rex, and also the evolutionary ancestors of modern birds. The most impressive modern descendants of the lizard-hipped dinosaurs are the crocodilians and komodo dragon. No-one knows what colours were really displayed by dinosaurs because that information is not as well-preserved in the fossil record as the bone structure and, just occasionally, the skin texture or feather distribution.

Currently displaying a spotted version in 4 colour sets - magenta, orange, lime green and azure blue. Other colours, stylings, sizes and orientations are available on request and you can even ask for a combination of several designs together.

victorialasher says: I like this tessellation. I find the optical illusion, of it being on a slant, fascinating.
