weaving...

weavingmajor says: Thank you Rhonda, Tara, Isabella, Victoria and Amy! Haha Victoria - even though I *took* the picture I saved half of the designs in this palette "sunset something-something" rather than sunrise - I had to rename them when I uploaded them so that they'd all match! @Amy and Tara - it actually is photographic, just recolored. I climbed under the highway bridge by my house and took pictures of the reflection of the tiny bit of sky visible from down there, then cut and pasted several of the bright reflections onto the dark-blue background, and recolored them and moved them around till they fit. Fun to take a little different approach to fabric design!

pennycandy

pennycandy says: What a cool effect--it could be photographic, a relief print, a weaving...makes me just keep looking at it to figure it out! Excellent repeat, too!
