This design is a tessellation (in plane group p1) of a glider style of aircraft. The only symmetry operations in play are translations. There are no glide or mirror reflections or rotations - even though it superficially appears to have a centred cell (resulting from the selection of a special case parallelogram one). However, the connectivity of this one does permit a perfect 2 way colouring (with no matching motifs sharing an edge). Currently displaying a version in red and white with black outlines.
