The mottled red background looks like hippie dippy tie dye, though it is obviously printed. The rounded triangular shapes contain tropical flowers. The background areas that look tie dyes have a combination of fine latent stripes and dragon scales. Overall this is a large scale vertical stripe with bold colors and a crafty hippie retro feeling.
