This design incorporates elements from 3 of the photos - the curved, painted yellow line became white and repeated; a bit of the texture of the cement peeping through the blue paint crumbling from the wall became the background; and the shapes of some of the dribble on the brickwork appear colored in the bright yellow of the original painted curve. The design has also been overlaid with a custom yarn texture (a reference to the yarn-wrapped bicycle photo) that I drew by hand. It combines with the cement texture to give a nubby look and the vertical lines draw the eye up the meandering paths. The palette was inspired by the yellow painted lines and grayish surface of the asphalt.
