Thank you so much Penny! This color scheme is my personal favorite & I have some in CdC - it printed so beautifully (and shame on me I haven't even shown off the yardage)!

I love this color combination Su, so soft and pretty

Re-attaching broken links: Comparing the print on two different fabrics: Kona® cotton (left) and silk crepe de chine (right) - both photographed on a white board and although the CdC looks a bit darker, the fabric is slightly transparent so will pick up an underlying color. (daylight photo)

Thanks so much Francesca!

Thank you very much Carole for your feedback - very helpful and appreciated!
love the oriental painting feel.
Diana thanks so much for your comments on the color combination in this design, I just received my yardage printed on crepe de chine and it is wonderful. Will post a pic as soon as I get it ironed...
Love the color combination
Thanks Lynette - they are a set of unlikely colors, and I think I was as surprised as you that they work in this! I'm saving my pennies to get enough to make a dressing gown kimono in the CdC now I've done all my color tests!

Love these colors together - I would never have thought to use them together but they look so good together...And I really like the fuzziness of the puffballs...:O)
Thanks so much you sharing the picture of the pants you made in this Penny! And it was great to see the other pictures on your blog. What a little cutey! She looks so happy wearing her new outfit!
You're right Joan - this is one that actually looks ok behind the chair and table in the wallpaper mock-up (some things look dreadful... and only SF would choose orange tulips for the flowers in the vase!!!! JOKE)

This has a very vintage (retro?) feel as wallpaper!
Thank you David! Much appreciated!

Very creative, as usual :)
Thanks for admiring the pink Joan!... I dithered over is it apricot or is it peach... went for peach, like Rhonda's eerie after dust storm view (which to me says 'reddish') & now I look again I see apricot... maybe it depends on mood?
I love the retro colors. The pink is really pretty!
Thanks for the feedback, and Rhonda I love your dust storm analogy - I 'see' that eerie light every time I look at it now...
Your design looks amazing in this colour combination, Su! It makes me think of the eerie muted light and amber tinted atmosphere that comes in the wake of a dust storm during a drought season. At first light it can look like a heavy mist, then you realise that everything is being coated with a thick layer of fine red dust!
