Hi Dana, thanks for your feedback and in answer to your question the best way to be sure of the color is to get a test swatch in your preferred fabric/ wallpaper type as colors vary depending on (among other things) the base color of the substrate. I have mailed you with some more info.

I see the two photos of this pattern, but one has red blooms and the other has rose red blooms. Which is correct? I love the red, but cannot use it.
Belated thanks for your lovely comment Tina, very much appreciated even tho' I'm so late in my 'thank you's.

Thanks for the comments Deborah, Robyn, Joan and Clare - and for the mention of appliqued waratahs - now there's a thought!

I love this! When I was 4, my Mum made me an appliqued waratah dress. Looks like I'm about to upgrade...
Wow Su this is really beautiful! Not sure how I missed this in the collection last time I looked, but it's stellar!
This is beautiful, Su, both as fabric and as wallpaper. I can see this design in a formal setting. So pretty.
This almost reminds me of a needlepoint. Looks great in the wallpaper!
Thanks Jeannie, for your kind comment on this collection.

Rhonda your comment is so helpful! As the doyenne of Oz wildflower designs I was going to ask what you thought: denser or sparser, green or rose etc. - but you read my mind - for which I thank you!
This colourway of your Waratah design has a marvelous, vintage look. I really like the green background. It makes me think of these fabulous flowers poking their beautiful heads out of the vegetation in a wilderness area.
