4 napkins per fat quarter on quilting weight cotton. One of my favorite easy comfort food crock pot recipes, on a 4 1/4" x 4 1/2" napkin.
You will need: 4-6 boneless Chicken Breasts (organic is the best), the juice of 3-4 fresh lemons, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup white wine, 2-3 cloves crushed garlic, salt and pepper and fresh chopped parsley to taste. Combine all ingredients in pot (This can also be baked in the oven at 350 for 45-50 minutes, but I prefer the crock pot for better flavor and tenderness) Cook it in the crock pot on high for 4 hours. The chicken will have wonderful flavor and it will be super tender. Great served over white or brown rice or pasta.
