Basically what you have here are white zig zag lines that form horizontal diamonds. Within those diamonds are drawn forms. None of the forms really look like flowers--or at least flowers that grow on Earth. But they all have twisting stems and petals, so they are flower-like.
White vertical lines cut the diamonds into hexagons and alternating bow tie shapes.
No area within this design is a solid color. Everything is made of dots or lines, or halftone shading.
