Thanks. Obviously the basis for it is easy. The tricky part was getting angles on the hatching lines (veins or featherlets) which looked OK up to the ends and in various types of repeat.

It was looking good on the test piece. So I couldn't see any reason not to release it as it was. Whereas, I need to tinker some more with a few other designs. Moving on from this one, my tinkering is going to be about getting a green, ie leaf-based, colourway to work (eg whether paler or darker vein lines and outlines are better).
I truly love the flow!
I've got a lattice design in pink that uses these colors (2 shades of pink and edged with white). I really the 2 tones of pink with this. It pulls the eye into the beautiful alternation flow of the feathered effect.

Whereas I spent a lot of time tinkering with a bunch of options and then still wasn't sure if I was happy with it - so it didn't quite make the last swatch proofing shortlist (which was a little bit rushed). It'll probably be in the next batch but, by then, we'll probably be in the v2.1 colour profile. Though these pinks shouldn't have changed much.
I LOVE this..................!!!
