I made this design to accompany my new Pirates tights design - it features squid, narwhals and octopi, check out the detail views below to see the detail and the finished skirt (in the black colour-way). 42" fabrics will give you the main border, 56" fabrics have some extra repeating design which you could use for a waistband, this pattern is available separately too.
